We do not provide free support for any scripts or other products listed on our website. In the event you need assistance in installing or using a script or other product purchased from us please /contact us for our going rates.

Scripts Or Other Purchased Products

There are no refund of any kind for purchased scripts or products, unless other wise given a written or typed statement directly from Gallagher Website Design or one of it's employees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the script will work and run on their website prior to purchasing it. And it is also the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the script is exactly what is needed or wanted and that it functions as they'll need it to prior to purchasing. It should also be known to the buyer that the styling and design of the scripts' and products' example may not be the same as the purchased product or script. As well some of the functionality may be different.

Usage Of Scripts And Products

Usage of individual scripts and products is outlined with in the product or script itself. For example, upon download of a script you will see within the script somewhere a legal note as to the usage of that script. Only authorized users, stated by Gallagher Website Design, are allowed to use these script and products.

Website Backup Service

The details and terms of the website backup service may change at any time with out notice. For one monthly flat rate of $14.95 a month one website will be backed up with a maximum of 5 GB of cumulative backup. On cancellation Gallagher Website Design reserves the right to delete all backup copies. They also reserve the right to delete old backups should your total cumulative backup disk space be approaching the maximum allowed. Gallagher Website Design is not responsible for any backups that do not restore properly nor are they responsible for any harm, damages or profit loss due directly or indirectly from their backup service. Gallagher Website Design reserves the right to store the client or customer's credit card details and website access information. In addition they reserve the right to charge the client or customer's credit card monthly based on the monthly fee for this service, which is set by Gallagher Website Design.

Payment or Prize For Survey Completion

If we are offering a payment or prize for completing a survey only US residents are eligible for payment or to receive the prize. There is no fee for entering or doing the survey and it can be printed, written on and mail to us for an alternative method of entry.

We are not responsible for payments or prizes that are stopped or lost in the mail or by a third-party like PayPal. We are only responsible for initialing the payment or prize to be sent to you.

Also if answers to a survey look inaccurate, faked or fraud we reserve the right to cancel any payment or prize you might have received or be eligible to receive. There will also sometimes be questions that may opt a survey taker out, in such a case that survey taker is not eligible for payment or prize since he/she did not complete the survey due to ineligibility.

We reserve the right to both send out payments and prizes on a shedule that works for our company and limit the number of eligible entries or survey completions. Currently the number of eligible survey completions is 100. There will be a message posted on the first page of the survey once we have reach 100 eligible survey completions.

Third Party Vendor Ads

Third party vendors may show ads for our website or office (place of business). This includes Google, Yahoo, MNS and other websites. Those vendors may use cookies to serve our ads. These cookies may be used on and off our website. Vendors may also use cookies to display ads based on prior visits to this website. As a user you many opt out of Google's use of cookies. Warranty on Services and Purchases

Affective immediately (3/2/13) on all services and purchases (here in called a "project" or projects), unless specified otherwise in the project contract or else where, will have the following warranty policy based on the total cost of the project.

< $501 = 7 day warranty
> $1,001 = 14 day warranty
> $1,000 = 30 day warranty

What the Warranty Covers:
The warranty starts the day we send notification your project is completed and covers errors or omissions by our staff for the duration of time outlined in the above chart. Any code altered by the customer and/or 3rd party applications, used in your project, is outside the scope of our warranty. The accuracy of the content provided to complete the project is the customer’s responsibility, and alterations are considered change requests, which are not covered under the warranty. All errors or omissions need to be submitted to us within the warranty period.

Changes to the Disclaimer Statement

This document may have changes occur to it at any time. It is strictly the responsibility of the user to keep himself or herself up to date with what may be written in this document at any given moment. At any time we have the right to make any changes to this document we deem suitable.
